At Bebé de París, we are committed to our customers and always provide complete information about our return policy.

What is the withdrawal period?

Whether the purchase was for you or a gift for someone else, you have 14 calendar days to request it.

Will I get my money back if I return my order?

If a refund is requested, the total purchase amount, including the product price and shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 business days using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

 
In case of requesting an exchange, items can be exchanged for others of the same or similar value, depending on stock availability at that time.

I received the order in poor condition or different from what I bought, do I have to pay the shipping costs to return it?

If the customer receives a product different from the one purchased, the correct product will be sent again at no extra cost.

The order was correct, but I would like to exchange it for one of a different color, what should I do?

If the customer wishes to change the item, color, or size after delivery, they can do so but will be responsible for the shipping costs for both the returned item and the new item.

Can I return any item?

Yes, as long as it is in perfect condition and the use of the product does not go beyond merely checking its good condition and functionality.

If I proceed with my return, exchange, or withdrawal, how do I return the product I bought and no longer want?

You can do so either through a courier company to one of our offices (the shipping costs for returning the goods will be borne by the consumer) or bring it personally.
